The U.S. capture of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has sparked discussion among Lancaster’s Latino community — Esther DeWoody of the local Hispanic Chamber of Commerce said residents worry about future resource and job access for Venezuelan families.
Maduro is arraigned Monday and locals promise to stand together amid uncertainty.
