CULTURE NEWS

  • Clue: The Musical, a fun mystery show based on the board game, is playing at the Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre in Lancaster County until Feb. 7 — the audience will solve the case while enjoying music and dinner.  FOX43

ENVIRONMENT NEWS

  • A clipper system will deliver light snow today, coating Lancaster and nearby areas with up to an inch while slick roads may occur early & temperatures rise to the upper 30s by afternoon.  WGAL

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • East Lampeter Township said Willow Road between Greenfield and Forry roads will close for three months (starting Monday, Jan. 19) for a box culvert replacement. Drivers should plan alternate routes and drive with care.  WGAL

HEALTH NEWS

  • UPMC Pinnacle Foundation launched a Women’s Mobile Health Unit to bring preventive and primary care to women facing barriers in central PA. The fully equipped mobile unit — supported by a donation from Universal Media — will offer services five days a week in York, Dauphin, Lancaster and Perry counties.  FOX43
  • Lancaster residents near Meadia Heights Golf Club were advised to boil water for drinking, cooking, and cleaning after a water main break prompted the City of Lancaster Bureau of Water to issue a boil water advisory on Wednesday afternoon.  FOX43

REAL ESTATE NEWS

  • Lancaster Housing Works closed on the Stonecreek Court Apartments (60 units) in Ephrata after receiving a $4.5 million donation from the High Foundation and a $2.3 million social-impact loan from the Lancaster County Community Foundation. The nonprofit will create up to 360 affordable rental units for local workers over the next five years.  FOX43
