- ➤ Drone footage shows the Susquehanna River locked in ice during winter weather, revealing broad icy stretches and patchwork breaks that officials warn could become dangerous if temperatures rise, so residents are urged to admire from the shoreline (ice can shift quickly and trigger flooding).
