Lancaster Police said they are looking for 18-year-old Kyzhera Weaver and her infant after Lancaster County Children and Youth were granted custody of the child on March 14th, and they believe the pair could be in the Hanover area—if anyone has information, call Lancaster County dispatch at 717-664-1180.

Lancaster police will provide an update today on their use-of-force review of a video showing officers stopping bicyclists for lacking proper lighting and reflectors (a decision made after safety concerns were raised).
