- ➤ A Lancaster mother, Kyzhera Weaver, 19, faces charges of interference of child custody, concealment of a child’s whereabouts and endangering the welfare of children after allegedly holding her two-month-old daughter while physically assaulting a man—police said the infant was found safe at Jessenia Loarte Mercado’s house in Hanover, where the 35-year-old co-conspirator also faces charges.
