- ➤ Lancaster police arrested 19-year-old Kyzhera Weaver Thursday for failing to surrender her 2-month-old daughter to Children and Youth Services—who confirmed the baby was safe Tuesday at a York County home—and she now faces charges for interfering with custody and endangering the welfare of children after allegedly assaulting a man. - ➤ Organizers launched a fundraiser to help Lancaster County farmers after livestock shootings on Saturday, March 15 left four cows dead and a horse injured when gunshots hit two farms seven miles apart—police have not identified any suspects and are asking for tips. Daily Voice
