- ➤ A Lancaster County woman—51-year-old Beth Fife of East Earl Township—will have her case move to county court after she lost control of her car on West 28th Division Highway in Penn Township on Dec. 1, 2023, killing Allen English and Grace English-Rohrer when she was nearly 40 mph over the speed limit and is now out on $300,000 unsecured bail.
