- ➤ Dervin Mateo-Berrios, a 51-year-old Lancaster man, pleaded guilty to shooting his ex at his home on the 600 block of Ocean Avenue on June 27th, 2024 shortly after 9:30 p.m.—he was sentenced to 10 to 20 years in state prison and must pay over $147,500 in restitution. WDAC
- ➤ A Lancaster County jury convicted 70-year-old Jere Bagenstose of killing his wife Maryann, who disappeared from their Pequea Township home on June 5, 1984 — prosecutors said the evidence proved his guilt even though her body was never found, and a judge will sentence him after a pre-sentence investigation.
