  • A 24-year-old man identified as Demetrius Williams was shot to death Monday morning in a Lancaster home on the 400 block of North Mulberry Street — a 25-year-old suspect is in custody after allegedly playing with the gun that killed him, and an autopsy is scheduled today.  PennLive
  • On Feb 1 at 11:50 a.m., Michael A. Green, a 59-year-old Lancaster County man, struck a pedestrian at the intersection of North Gay Street and Longenecker Avenue in Marietta while driving his blue Mazda hatchback and is charged with Felony Aggravated Assault by Vehicle and Misdemeanor DUI (Susquehanna Regional Police said).  Daily Voice
  • Police in Columbia found a debit/credit card skimming device at the Santander Bank ATM inside a CVS Pharmacy at 6th — Locust on the evening of April 12 and now urge anyone who used the machine on or before that day to check with their bank.  WDAC
  • A Lancaster County man was sentenced to life in prison without parole plus 41 and a half to 85 years after he was found guilty of killing his girlfriend Nemesis Florentino and firing over 100 rounds at police during a nearly five-hour standoff at his home on Sept. 11th.  WDAC

  • A Lancaster County road in Penn Township was closed Tuesday and remains closed today for repairs—emergency vehicles, school buses, and mail carriers may use the road while drivers follow posted detours.  WGAL
