- ➤ Flinchbaugh’s Orchard in Hallam has 200,000 tulips blooming this spring, with public tulip picking open Monday through Saturday. Special events include Sunset and Sips on Fridays from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and the Tulip Festival on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. WGAL

- ➤ The restored Philadelphia style townhouse, once home to Frederick Muhlenberg, first speaker of the House, stands in Trappe as a tribute for America's 250th anniversary.
