- ➤ Two card skimmers were found in the Susquehanna Valley this month—one removed from a Santander Bank ATM at a CVS Pharmacy in Columbia Borough on April 12 and the other discovered at an in‑store ATM at Rutter’s on Kenneth Road in West Manchester Township on April 9—and police urge anyone who used these ATMs to review their bank statements for any unusual transactions. - ➤ Jere Bagenstose, a 70-year-old from Pequea Township, left Lancaster County Prison after a judge reinstated his $925,000 bail following his April 8 conviction for voluntary manslaughter in the 1984 killing of his estranged wife—he must now follow strict conditions until sentencing is set.
