- ➤ A judge dismissed the bankruptcy case of Lancaster County-based cookie company Taylor Chip on April 22, and the company remains liable for over $2.5 million in debt (it must pay a creditor $5,000 within five days). The chain closed its central locations by April 11. Local 21 News
