- ➤ A 17-year-old motorcyclist lost control of his Harley-Davidson FXDWG while rounding a curve on Keneagy Hill Road near Happy Hoof Lane in Paradise Township at 4:28 p.m. on Wednesday and was hit by an SUV, resulting in his death while the SUV’s two passengers were unharmed and both vehicles were towed from the scene. - ➤ Authorities said a Lowe’s district manager — Seth Finkey from the Reading area — is one of seven Pennsylvania men charged with attempting to buy sex at a Cumberland County hotel during Operation Impact Demand on April 25th, and Lancaster man Jacob Bashore is also among those accused. - ➤ An armed man threatened suicide at a Stone Mill Road home in Lancaster County on Thursday—prompting an eight hour response by police, fire and EMS with a shelter in place order for local residents and a lengthy negotiation by the Lancaster County Special Emergency Response Team that ended around 7:40 p.m. with the man taken to a hospital and the order lifted at 8:15 p.m. PennLive
