- ➤ Lancaster County man Tyler Stewart, 31, drove a silver Ford Focus under the influence on Oct. 18 on Oregon Pike in Manheim Township and struck a pedestrian who suffered severe injuries including a broken pelvis and spine—court records show his blood alcohol level was 0.437%, more than five times the legal limit. - ➤ Police said a girl was raped repeatedly from age 9—15 in Montgomery and Lancaster counties after she told officers on March 18, and Kaashif Abdul Fuller, 43, was arrested at his home on April 29 after a long investigation led to 24 charges including felony rape of a child with bail set at $750,000. - ➤ A Lancaster County man was arrested for driving under the influence when his silver sedan struck a pedestrian on Oct. 18 in Manheim Township—police reported the pedestrian suffered a traumatic brain injury and multiple fractures, and the driver, whose license was suspended and whose BAC was above the legal limit, now faces charges including aggravated assault by vehicle.
