- ➤ A Mount Joy dad—Bryan Garcia-Almanza, 26—pleaded guilty to aggravated assault of a child and was sentenced on May 8 to 33 months to eight years in state prison after he broke his 2-month-old daughter's ribs and caused internal bleeding when he shook her, with the baby taken to Penn State Hershey Medical Center. - ➤ A 14 year old boy led officers on a high speed chase in Mount Joy Borough on Tuesday that nearly struck pedestrians on a sidewalk and now faces seven charges including reckless driving and unauthorized use of a vehicle, police said. Local 21 News
