- ➤ Two separate crashes on the Pennsylvania Turnpike blocked a right lane in South Londonderry Township at about 7:45 a.m. and a left lane in Elizabeth Township at about 8:30 a.m.—causing heavy delays in Lancaster and Lebanon counties. WGAL
- ➤ Two people were injured when a car slid off East Lexington Road near Chestnut Street (at 7:59 a.m. on Friday) in Warwick Township and were taken to a hospital; officials from the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department are investigating (further details pending). WGAL

- ➤ A basketball coach, Jomo Errol Belfor, headbutted and punched a referee during a game on December 22 and now faces a year on probation, a ban from Spooky Nook Sports, 50 hours of community service, an anger management course and $507 in restitution—terms set through the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first-time offenders. - ➤ Kevin Ahn, 31, is now facing two counts of first degree murder and two counts of first degree assault — he is accused of abusing his dead mother's corpse after officers found her decomposed body in a white SUV in Lancaster County, and he remains in prison without bail. WGAL

Messimer, 59, of Lititz with a felony for recording a private conversation in the VFW office on South State Street after a victim reported the suspicious email, and he faces a preliminary hearing on May 23—this charge follows his alleged sharing of part of the audio recording with a witness.
