- ➤ At the Lake at Willow Springs Dive Park in Jackson Township, a Learjet has been submerged to become part of the underwater attractions. - ➤ Overnight paving on westbound Route 283 near Mount Joy will occur from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. on May 20 and May 21 (weather permitting). Drivers should expect lane restrictions and delays from Spooky Nook Road in East Hempfield Township to Esbenshade Road in Rapho Township. PennLive
- ➤ National Safe Boating Week begins as Pennsylvania’s Fish and Boat Commission advises local boaters to wear U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets and check vessel registrations ahead of summer on nearby waters. - ➤ Straus Family Creamery voluntarily recalled several organic ice cream flavors in 17 states, including Pennsylvania. Consumers are advised to discard products sold since May 4 (no injuries reported) as local retailers work with the company to remove the affected items. FOX43
