- ➤ A 17-year-old boy died in a fatal crash in Lancaster County on April 22 when his 2005 Honda Accord lost control while driving northbound on Twin County Road in Carnarvon Township — the car hit a dirt embankment, trash cans and trees, and an 18-year-old passenger was injured and taken to Reading Hospital.
