- ➤ A Lancaster father and a woman who managed his teen son's bank account are accused of taking over $46,000 set aside for college and a car, the police said. The teen found missing deposits in his bank statements, and the pair were arraigned on May 13 with a hearing set for June 24 — investigators say the funds were taken slowly over several years.
