- ➤ A Lancaster father and a woman who managed his teen son's bank account are accused of taking over $46,000 set aside for college and a car, the police said. The teen found missing deposits in his bank statements, and the pair were arraigned on May 13 with a hearing set for June 24 — investigators say the funds were taken slowly over several years. - ➤ Lancaster city police are searching for missing 16-year-old Camnhu Duong, who was last seen wearing a gray shirt and blue jeans on May 28 around 10 a.m. near the 600 block of New Holland Avenue with ties to the Mountville area. Local 21 News
