- ➤ Wolf Sanctuary of PA in Lititz is asking for meat donations to feed its 55 wolves and wolfdogs as donations have dwindled; the sanctuary needs roughly 660 pounds each week and accepts raw meat such as beef, chicken, turkey, and more—pork is allowed only in hot dog form. FOX43

- ➤ Emergency crews responded to a two-car crash in East Earl Township on Friday at 5:15 a.m. that trapped at least one person and disrupted traffic on Route 897 — police are investigating the incident. Local 21 News

- ➤ A Lancaster County man, identified as 37-year-old Ryan Reich of Manheim, was arrested on June 3 at 7:40 a.m. for a robbery at Bayberry Avenue & Bucknoll Road in Penn Township after he threatened to kill the victim’s dog for money. WDAC

- ➤ On Thursday, Raven Ridge Wildlife Center admitted 27 baby skunks — many of which were orphans and dehydrated — after a local man rescued them when he found the skunks near their deceased mother. The center will care for the baby skunks for several months before releasing them back into the wild. Local 21 News

- ➤ A fire company in East Lampeter Township posted a video showing a car speeding past a fire truck that was reversing into the station—officials said drivers must yield to emergency vehicles as required by Pennsylvania law. WGAL

- ➤ TGD Cuts, LLC of Jessup, Maryland, announced it voluntarily recalled several cucumber-based products made with cucumbers from Bedner Growers Inc.—the recall covers snack trays, salsas, salads, and produce trays with use by dates between May 19 and May 28 sold in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey, and North Carolina. No illnesses have been tied to the recalled items and consumers are urged to check their refrigerators and return them for a refund if found. Daily Voice
