CRIME NEWS
- ➤ A York County man (John James Riley, 20) pleaded guilty to secretly recording women in a Franklin & Marshall College dorm shower between Sept. and Nov. 2023 in Lancaster and faces more than 50 charges including invasion of privacy, with his sentence set after a 90-day investigation. WGAL
- ➤ A Lancaster man was sentenced to 14 to 28 years in state prison after a fatal armed robbery on the 400 block of St. Joseph Street resulted in the death of 31-year-old Johan Parra — 20-year-old Jayziah Echevarria pleaded guilty to third degree murder, conspiracy, carrying firearms without a license and recklessly endangering another person. - ➤ Jere Bagenstose was sentenced Tuesday, June 17 for voluntary manslaughter in connection to his estranged wife's disappearance in June 1984—he was convicted by a Lancaster County jury in early April and faces up to 20 years in prison under 1984 sentencing rules. FOX43
