- ➤ On Wednesday afternoon, a Tesla dashcam captured multiple angles of a police chase on Route 30 near Target—police say the pursuit started at Route 772 and ended when suspect Jacob Chelsen rammed a trooper vehicle and his Jeep hit an embankment, scattering debris, and Chelsen was taken into custody with drugs in his possession.
