- ➤ A three-car wreck on Schoeneck Road north of Indiantown Road injured one motorist on Thursday as fire crews rescued a person trapped between two vehicles. Local 21 News
- ➤ Firefighters left a nearby carnival to tackle an apartment fire at 2 York St. in Jefferson Borough on Tuesday, July 15th where one firefighter was hospitalized, five suffered heat exhaustion, nine residents were displaced, and a dog plus two cats were rescued. Local 21 News
CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Kevin Ahn, who police say killed his mother's roommate and her ex-husband in what appeared to be a staged suicide, is set to appear in Maryland court on Monday for a bail hearing on two murder charges — Lancaster County dropped the corpse abuse charge so he could be sent to Maryland. WGAL
- ➤ A Lancaster County man from Ephrata was arrested on July 18 for violently attacking a 28-year-old woman and her infant at a Chester County home on Cochran Street in West Fallowfield Township on June 21 at 4:50 a.m.—state police said his name was not released and the child’s condition remains unknown.
