- ➤ Lawmakers in Pennsylvania are drafting a bill that would bar government agents and law enforcement from wearing masks to hide their identities—Rep. - ➤ Two police departments in Lancaster County conducted a helicopter training exercise with state police Tuesday morning—Manheim Borough and Rapho Township police worked on practice flights and air-ground communication at 10 a.m. Both departments told residents that any helicopters overhead were part of the training.
