A man died Tuesday night after jumping from The Exchange rooftop restaurant on top of the Lancaster Marriott Hotel in downtown Lancaster — dispatchers reported the incident at 8:49 p.m. with first responders finding him already deceased.

A 24-year-old man from Newmanstown is facing attempted homicide charges after police said he fired a stolen gun during a family fight on North Shippen Street in Lancaster but found the weapon was not loaded — no one was hurt.

A 32-year-old man from Akron jumped from The Exchange rooftop bar on E.

King Street on July 29th and was pronounced dead at 9:40 p.m.—authorities ruled his death a suicide.

Grace Louise Sensenig and Daryl Jay Sensenig were arrested after police found they forced a juvenile to live in a shed with no water or indoor bathroom, starved him, and assaulted him when he refused to return, with his preliminary hearing set for Aug.
