- ➤ A Lancaster man was arrested in late July for impersonating a police officer and attempting to enforce dog laws at Lancaster County Central Park — 26-year-old Zachary Bernhardt reportedly threatened victims and provided a random badge number when asked — police charged him with impersonating a public servant.
