- ➤ York County woman Kathryn Khuc was charged with 30 felony counts for diverting $95,583.51 from Kinsley construction company between April and December 2024 for her Lancaster County family-owned Sai Gon Cafe—she will face a preliminary hearing on Aug. 15 after being released on $100,000 unsecured bail. - ➤ ICE detained a Lancaster County mother on August 4 when she attended a U.S. Citizenship meeting—officials say she has been illegally in the country for over 25 years, even as she began her green card process last year and faced a removal order in 2011. Local 21 News
