CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Edward Cummings—accused of throwing a five-year-old girl on December 2024 on Black Barren Road in Fulton Township and breaking her elbow—is set to appear before the Court of Common Pleas on Sept. 12 while he remains in Lancaster County Prison on a $2 million bond amid charges of aggravated assault and endangering the child's welfare. - ➤ Lancaster County police are asking for help identifying three suspects who broke into the Reamstown Pool after 11 p.m. on June 22 and again on July 6—causing over $300 in damage to pool equipment. Local 21 News

HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Health officials said the Pennsylvania Department of Health announced an out-of-state visitor who had measles visited locations in Lancaster, Adams, and York counties between August 4 and August 12, potentially exposing people at sites including a travel center, a restaurant in Gettysburg, an entertainment center in Hanover, a reception center in Lititz, and a fellowship in Spring Grove.
