- ➤ Deceived, a mysterious play blending suspense with a real-life love story, is running at the Fulton Theatre in Lancaster through Nov. 16 — actress Hanley Smith stars as Bella alongside her husband William Connell, marking her return to the stage after becoming a mom. FOX43
- ➤ Field of Screams drew about 5,000 visitors on Halloween with pre-sale tickets bringing in nearly $200,000—marking 33 years of a local tradition. Co-owner Jim Schopf said the attraction will host Extreme Blackout Nights in November and Creepy Christmas in December—adding fresh themes and improvements throughout the year. FOX43

- ➤ Sen. Camera Bartolotta plans to introduce a bill that names Pennsylvania rye whiskey the official state spirit while setting standards requiring at least 60% rye grain, 75% locally grown grains, and production entirely in the Commonwealth — a move to honor its historic distilling tradition and support local agriculture. - ➤ WGAL partners with the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank to help residents without SNAP support and will launch a weeklong 'Hunger Can't Wait' online donation drive Monday. Every dollar donated provides four meals & keeps funds in the Susquehanna Valley. WGAL
- ➤ Health officials reported that 11 people got sick and 3 were hospitalized from salmonella linked to Member's Mark Super Greens Powder Supplements sold at Sam's Club; the product (made with moringa leaf powder from India) was pulled from shelves and consumers in Lancaster should throw it away or return it.
