EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Franklin and Marshall College announced a plan to offer free tuition for first-year students from families earning $75,000 or less — and to cap tuition for students from families earning up to $150,000 at the equivalent of Penn State's in-state rate. The college said the 2025–26 tuition will be $72,950. WGAL

- ➤ Manheim Township said a section of the Heritage Trail between Worthington and East Delp Road reopened over the weekend+ it is now accessible to walkers, bikers, and others while public works apply the final finishing touches on the new bridge. WGAL
