- ➤ Lancaster-based Fulton Bank will acquire New Jersey-based Blue Foundry Bancorp in a deal approved by both boards, valued at about $243 million as each share exchanges for 0.65 Fulton shares. The transaction will close in Q2 2026 and includes a $1.5 million contribution to support local nonprofits. PennLive
- ➤ Giant will close its fulfillment center at 235 N. Reservoir St. in Lancaster on Feb. 27, 2026 as it shifts to a store-based e-commerce model; 76 employees are expected to be reassigned to local positions.
