- ➤ On Saturday, a wreath-laying ceremony was held in Lancaster at Woodward Hill Cemetery to honor President James Buchanan, the nation’s 15th president; community leaders and guests attended the event. - ➤ Starting Tuesday, April 22, PennDOT will mill the northbound lane of Route 222 from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. through Thursday, April 24 and will resume the work next week; the pavement preservation project covers the road from the Mohler Church Road overpass in Ephrata Township to Col.
